庞月红,江南大学食品学院教授,博士生导师。江苏省市场监督管理局科技计划项目验收专家,智力援疆创新拓展人才计划“小组团”援疆专家,国家自然科学基金、部分省市自然基金、科技项目等评审专家。长期致力于食品营养、食品安全领域的研究和教学工作,主要围绕食品中危害物质的检测与防控;食品营养与功能因子分析与产品创制等方面开展研究。
主持国家自然科学基金青年及面上项目、“十三五”国家重点研发计划子课题、江苏省自然科学基金、食品安全检测新技术与新平台构建服务项目等科研项目10余项。编写普通高等教育“十三五”规划教材《食品安全法律法规与标准》。指导多项国家大学生创新计划,“便携式食品包装中荧光增白剂快速检测”获江苏省优秀本科毕业论文二等奖。近年来在国内外权威学术期刊发表研究论文120余篇,其中SCI80余篇,授权国家发明专利15项,参与制定标准2项。研究成果荣获中国轻工联合会科技进步一等奖、江苏省科学技术一等奖等奖励。
