►个人简介

陈永泉,江南大学食品学院教授、博士生导师,“国家级引进人才”入选者。

长期致力于功能脂肪酸等活性成分对防治和延缓前列腺癌发生机制的研究,研究兴趣主要集中在脂肪合成、代谢与癌症相关关系及机制。已在国际核心期刊上发表论文120余篇,其中50余篇发表在SCI影响因子5.0以上杂志,总引用次数接近4000,H-index为45。作为会议主席或分会主

席组织或参加国际会议10多次,做大会报告和特邀报告70余次,兼任44种英文杂志编委和审稿人。是NIH (美国国立卫生健康研究院),DOD (美国国防部)、 “国家级引进人才”入选者,国家自然科学基金等百余个美国及其他国家资助机构的评审专家组成员。自2003年以来,共承担研究课题30余项,研究课题总经费超过4000万美元,其中作为PI的超过2000万美元。申请发明专利30余项,已授权国际专利4项,国内专利17项。
