徐炜,男,1991年3月生,江苏泰州人,博士,江南大学食品科学与技术国家重点实验室、食品学院副研究员、硕士生导师。2014年本科毕业于合肥工业大学生物工程专业,2020年12月博士毕业于江南大学食品科学与工程专业。2019年9月-2020年9月在荷兰格罗宁根大学(University of Groningen)进行为期一年的国家公派博士联合培养,指导老师为Albert Guskov和Tjaard Pijning教授。主要研究方向包括L-阿拉伯糖异构酶、β-(2,6)果聚糖蔗糖酶等功能糖生物制造酶和L-天冬酰胺酶、真菌毒素降解酶及农兽药残降解酶等食品安全酶的定向挖掘、结构解析与功能强化。近五年,在Trends Food Sci. Technol., Cri. Rev. Food Sci., J. Agr. Food Chem., Carbohyd. Polym., Food Chem., Int. J. Biol. Macromol.等期刊发表相关SCI论文20余篇,其中IF>10论文共2篇。主持包括江苏省自然基金(青年基金)以及企业技术开发项目若干。
