倪大伟,江南大学食品学院副研究员,硕士生导师,主要从事食品酶工程。功能糖生物制造及高效蛋白表达系统等研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、“十四五”国家重点研发计划子课题、江苏省自然科学青年基金等纵向项目5项;主持或参与企业横向5项。以第一/通讯作者在Bioresour Technol、Trends Food Sci Tech、Biotechnol Adv、J Agric Food Chem、Food Chem等期刊发表SCI论文40余篇、参编英文书1部。
