个人简介
毛丙永,博士,江南大学食品学院副教授、硕士研究生导师,北京伍连德公益基金会微生态健康管理专家委员会委员。主要从事益生菌发酵活性物(活性因子、药食同源)、益生元和肠道微生物相关的研究,近年来围绕益生菌资源开发、益生元与肠道微生物的相互作用机制、益生菌发酵食品、皮肤微生态与皮肤健康等领域开展了一系列研究,主持国家自然科学基金(面上项目、青年项目)、军队后勤开放研究重点项目(参与)、企业横向项目等20余项,成果获得教育部高等学校科学技术进步奖二等奖(2019)、中国商业联合会科学技术奖二等奖(2018)。以第一作者或者通讯作者在GutMicrobes、Trendsin Food Science and Technology、Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Journal of Advanced Research、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、FoodChemistry、CurrentResearch in Food Science、Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture、Probiotics and Antimicrobial Proteins、中国食品学报、食品科学、食品与发酵工业等期刊发表科研论文40余篇,其中SCI论文30篇,申请国家发明专利60余项,获授权专利20余项;参与《Lactic Acid Bacteria: Bioengineering and Industrial Applications》(Springer出版社)、《乳酸菌科学与技术》(科学出版社)和《婴幼儿肠道菌群和益生菌新进展》(人民卫生出版社)的编写工作。
