李言,江南大学食品学院副研究员。2012年毕业于江南大学食品学院食品科学与工程专业,2017年毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所生物化学与分子生物学专业。现为中国粮油学会食品分会理事、中国生物物理学会代谢生物学分会及运动与公共健康分会理事。2020年获中国科协第六届“青年人才托举工程”项目资助,同时主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年科学基金项目、省部级专项课题及企业委托项目等10余项。获江南大学“至善青年学者”、“金龙鱼优秀教师”等荣誉称号。长期围绕营养与代谢调控以及健康食品开发方面开展基础应用研究,相关研究工作目前发表SCI论文50余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在PNAS、Cell Reports、EMBO Reports、Theranostics等国际知名期刊发表论文30余篇。申报国家发明专利13项,已授权5项,申请国际专利3项。
