2005年5月爱尔兰哥兰比亚营养有限公司上海代表处成立， 为了更好的帮助和理解中国生产企业和用户的需要, 2006年12月，哥兰比亚营养品（苏州）有限公司成立，总投资额1300万美元，注册资本625万美元。苏州工厂厂区占地面积为15000平米，已于2007年10月竣工，现已投入生产，设计年产能为5000吨。拥有德国进口全套先进设备、最先进的条形编码系统、国外引进的检测设备及优秀的国际化专业工作团队，目前苏州工厂有员工五十余人。主要进行婴儿、老年用的维生素及矿物质营养补充剂的生产，产品主要销往新加坡、日本、印尼、澳大利亚、马来西亚等。

We are offering excellent career opportunities on our 2013 Graduate Program to high-performing Technical/Nutritional Science Graduates. This is a fantastic opportunity for successful graduates in the technical field, who specifically have ambitions to utilize their technical experience, while working within sales and marketing. The successful candidate will be training towards a technical sales role within the growing nutrition industry and have the opportunity to go on secondment to other business units within the Glanbia Customised Solutions Group.

在2013年的毕业生计划中，我们将对优秀的食品及营养科学的毕业生提供良好的发展就业机会。通过此就业机会他们不仅能够发挥专业知识背景优势同时也能在销售和市场领域中有所拓展。成功的毕业生候选人将会接受完整的营养品工业的培训课程并在培训结束后有机会在哥兰比亚全球范围内的其他业务单位内开展新的工作。

The Graduate Program, which initially runs for 2 years, will give graduates assignments that rotate them within and across the Customised Solutions business units, as appropriate, including international assignments e.g. USA, China and Germany. Success rates beyond the initial 2 years are very high, with the majority of graduates moving to full-time sales or technical positions within the group.

此毕业生计划已经实施了两年，它成功地将毕业生在哥兰比亚营养品美国、中国及德国的业务单位范围内进行派遣；大多数毕业生都已转移到集团内的专职销售或技术岗位上。

The Program offers graduates a real opportunity to gain responsibility early in their careers and progress within the organization.

Ideally, candidates will have the following qualifications and attributes:

Honors in nutritional or food science, or related discipline; bachelor or above degree

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Flexibility to travel on secondment to other Glanbia business units abroad.

High level of energy and drive with the ability to work within tight deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effectively bilingual in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
