报告主题：Introduction of Wageningen University and Research and Main tasks of Wageningen Food Safety Research
报告嘉宾：Cheng Liu 博士
Dr. Cheng Liu, food safety scientist, senior project leader and China business developer at Wageningen Food Safety Research (previously RIKILT), The Netherlands. Cheng is graduated from Wageningen University in Environmental Science group in 2010. For her PhD project, she put her efforts on bridging climate science and food safety studies. Since June 2015 she has been working as post-doc and later as a food safety researcher at Wageningen Food Safety Research in the Netherlands developing mycotoxins prediction models for cereals: deoxynivalenol in wheat and barley and aflatoxin in maize. She works in a number of mycotoxin modelling related projects, including the EU funded H2020 MyToolBox project. Cheng is experienced in multiciliary research, statistical modelling, mechanistic modelling, machine learning, climate scenario analysis and impact modelling on global, regional and local scales. Since April 2022 Cheng is a part time China business developer of Wageningen Food Safety Research. She is passionate about international collaboration, especially with China.
