报告嘉宾：Julian Heyes, Massey University
Prof Julian Heyes is Head of the School of Food and Advanced Technology and Professor of Postharvest Technology at Massey University, New Zealand. Prof Heyes was Chair of the International Society for Horticultural Science’s Commission on Fruit and Vegetables for Health from 2014-2018. Previously he was a senior scientists at the New Zealand Institute for Plant and Food Research. Julian has a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford. His work on postharvest technologies for fruit and vegetables is used to support export-oriented industries in New Zealand and small farmers in developing countries.
