►个人简介
徐勇将,江南大学食品学院教授、博士生导师,2018年加入江南大学食品学院,2019年入选江苏省特聘教授,研究方向为食品组学,主要从事基于质谱的代谢组学及其在食品营养与安全方面的应用,近年来以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表SCI论文30余篇,承担十三五国家重点研发计划课题、中科院重点部署项目等项目研究。
