李言,理学博士,博士毕业于中国科学院上海营养与健康研究所,目前任职于江南大学食品学院,研究员,博士生导师。兼任中国生物物理学会代谢生物学分会理事、中国生物物理学会运动与健康分会理事、中国粮油学会食品分会理事、《食品科学技术学报》编委等工作。围绕食品基础营养物质和功能活性成分的结构组成特点开展营养相关应用基础研究,在精准营养评估、分子机理研究与产业化应用方面形成了特色研究。申请人主持科技部重点研发计划子课题2项,国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金项目各1项,入选中国科协“青年人才托举工程”等人才项目;以第一/通讯作者在PNAS、Cell Chem Biol、Compr Rev Food Sci F、Aging Cell、J Agric Food Chem等重要期刊发表论文60余篇,其中SCI论文53篇;研究工作应用于国内外多家知名运动营养与健康食品企业,取得较好的社会经济效益,获2022年中国商业联合会科技进步特等奖;以第一发明人申请国家发明专利8项,授权3项。
