个人简介
韦伟,博士,江南大学食品学院副研究员,硕士生导师。主要研究方向为食品功能脂质,主要在天然脂质分析、母乳结构脂、脂质分子修饰、食品脂质的消化代谢特性等领域开展研究。中国粮油学会油脂分会第九届委员会委员,中国健康管理协会膳食营养健康分会第二届理事会理事,中华预防医学会营养与健康分会委员。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家重点研发子课题等,主持和参与多项企业横向课题。2017年入选中国科协青年人才托举工程。以一作/通讯作者发表SCI论文50余篇,H指数31。担任期刊International Dairy Journal副主编,Journal of the American Oil Chemists' Society副主编,Frontiers in Nutrition副主编,《粮油科技(英文)》、《中国油脂》青年编委。
