►个人简介
刘飞,博士,江南大学食品学院副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事食品智能包装、新型包埋体系构建及畜产动物皮资源综合利用等方面的研究。主持承担国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金等各类纵向、横向项目6项。在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry等期刊发表科研论文30篇,其中第一/通讯作者论文20余篇。申请国家发明专利16项,国际发明专利1项,其中授权发明专利6项。
