报告人简介:

Dr. Fan Zhu(朱帆)is a lecturer of Food Science at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. Dr. Zhu teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Foundations of Food Science, Food Chemistry, and Food Analysis. His research is mostly focused in three areas: cereal science; polyphenol chemistry; and polysaccharide chemistry. He is currently supervising 9 graduate students including 2 PhD students, and has published over 80 articles in international Food Science journals, most of which as senior/first author. He earned his PhD at the University of Hong Kong and held post-doctoral fellowships in USA and Canada.
